After the attack on Mr. Monopoly's estate, the town's freedom fighters decided the had to target his source of income, Monopoly Power and Water. Facility security was ready for this attack due to an insider within the Freedom Fighters' ranks, but it wasn't totally accurate, leading to them being on the wrong side of the building.
