reupload, hotfixes and new changes as well as rename to prop_maltez_v3. Removed everything in relation to Maltez, since the community is no longer up and made it completely public to every prop server.
No radar for now. Original layout like a year old, I just recently changed up some things like flipping the spawn points and adding cover. There also used to be a 3D skybox (the one from vertigo), but I removed that.
